The Tri Cities Regional Airport is located in Bristol, Tennessee, adjacent to Blountville, Tennessee. It is used for public transportation and transports citizens from cities in northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia, including large cities such as: Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Mountain City, and Rogersville. Tri-Cities Airport Commission runs the airport while the owner consists of several different counties, including: Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, and the counties of Washington and Sullivan in Northeast Tennessee. Tri-Cities Regional Airport covers a total of 1,100 acres and holds two runways. Tri-Cities Regional Airport receives service from a multitude of Airlines, including: Allegiant Air, American Eagle, Delta Connection, Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Pinnacle Airlines, Piedmont Airlines, US Airways Express, and PSA Airlines.
